About Us
40 Years of quality service under our hood.
Build Stuff Right
Ryan Industries, Inc. was founded in 1979 by John and Barbara Ryan. They purchased a few pieces of equipment and began building custom boat trailers in the garage of their home. Within 6 months, the business had grown out of the garage and into a larger space. Ryan Trailers quickly became a well-known and respected brand name in boating and gave Ryan Industries a reputation for quality.
John used his contacts to bring in other projects to build the range of products Ryan Industries manufactured. Over several years, rotational molds and parts for pitching machines and batting cages soon became a large portion of the business and the trailer line was eventually sold off. The buyer kept the name, and Ryan Trailers are still built today.
We have kept upgrading equipment, adding to our press break die library, and adding more diversification to the range of products we manufacture. We have built everything from simple stair treads for buildings, to molds for plastic totes that can be seen on fishing boats and docks (example, Deadliest Catch), flower pots on Broadway Ave. in New York, or carts in your local bottle drop, even the occasional more artful projects like custom door pulls at Keen and 800.com. Other projects have included bike lockers, material handling carts for the semiconductor and medical industry, and parts for semi-trucks. See our Gallery page. We have built a reputation for knowledge, quality and reliable delivery.
We are still a family owned and operated business with a dedication to building things the right way.
